Travel in Turkey

Due to the growing turmoil in Tunisia and Egypt, thousands of European tourists being forced to rethink their travel plans and many are choosing Turkey tours as an alternative. Major tour operators are even waiving re-booking fees for these travelers who have been forced to change plans at the last minute.

Along with Turkey, customers are re-routing to Spain, Canary Islands and Majorca as well. Anatalya is a popular Turkish resort seeing increased business as the desire of northern Europeans for a sunny vacation leads them to re-book in places like this rather then canceling their trips altogether. Turkey is a growing destination with a lot of all-inclusive tours. Still major European tour operators are expecting to take a hit if Egypt and Tunisia remain closed all summer.
